About This Place

Welcome to Dalmata Paris 11, a name that has transitioned from its former brand, Giorgio, into a fresh culinary chapter inspired by the rich flavors of Italy. Nestled in the heart of the 11th arrondissement at 21 Rue de Charonne, this charming Italian restaurant offers a delightful escape into the world of authentic Italian cuisine.

An unmistakable highlight of Dalmata is its commitment to Neapolitan-style pizza. Diners rave about the Puglia Mia, featuring a harmonious blend of basil pesto cream, mozzarella fior di latte, sun-kissed candied tomatoes, and luscious stracciatella. It’s a true masterpiece, crowned with the crunch of toasted pine nuts and the richness of Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 months—each bite is a celebration of flavors that transport you straight to the bustling streets of Naples. Adding a drizzle of chili oil transforms this pie into an even more sensational experience, as noted by enthusiastic patrons.

But Dalmata doesn’t stop at pizza; their brunch menu is equally captivating. Indulge in the Ritmo Salato specials, where dishes like Shak Shak alla Norma combine a spicy San Marzano tomato ragù with crispy eggplant and a perfectly poached egg. The brunch atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, perfect for gatherings with friends, as visitors have shared about their enjoyable experiences here.

Another dish that deserves a spotlight is the Truffle Trumpet, a creamy, decadent pasta option that pairs campanelle with a luxurious black truffle cream. Each forkful offers a taste of indulgence, making it a must-try for mushroom lovers. On the other hand, if you crave a simpler yet equally satisfying option, the Jaune de Colère spaghettoni, drizzled with sweet yellow tomato sauce and finished with garlic and chili, is a dish that showcases the restaurant's ability to create explosive flavors from minimal ingredients.

The team at Dalmata has earned high praise for their warm hospitality, fostering a comfortable environment where guests feel cared for—just ask the diners who celebrated special occasions here. Of course, like any dining experience, there are moments to reflect on, and while some guests have noted challenges with service at peak times, the overall atmosphere brims with friendliness and charm.

Whether you are a local or a traveler in Paris, Dalmata Paris 11 promises a culinary experience that mingles classic Italian traditions with contemporary flair. So gather your friends, make a reservation, and get ready to indulge in an exquisite Italian feast that will leave you longing for your next visit.

Dalmata delivers with incredible Neapolitan-style pies – perfect crust, fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. The chilli oil is a must have for the pizza

Antoine and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the booking process, making everything so easy to organise. On the night, we had a fantastic time — drinks were ready for us on arrival and the food was excellent. We’re so grateful to the team for their warm hospitality. We were a group of 20 hens and would definitely recommend!

The location is very nice, the food is very good. The waiter was nice. At least until we had paid (and the waiter got a quite generous tip). Then we were not even “allowed” to wait until the last one is ready to go but you asked 2 times to leave the table, which was a little rude. Also, the fact that the restaurant asks you to use a payment system which then costs another service fee is just not okay. The customer should at least be informed. Strong first impression, but unfortunately weak last ones.

Fun and friendly atmosphere. Great food and excellent service. So many other dishes I want to try !

Get the pistachio French Toast! 11/10! The atmosphere was very chill. Everything was a lovely culinary experience. If you come for brunch, be sure make a reservation to be assured a seat. Trust me, you'll want one. If you're here on the weekend, come here!
